I like exploring the world around me, trying to find the
underlying rules controlling it, and further making use of them.
This process is like a
conversation between nature and me, in which we discover and change each other.
This conversation has touched me so many times, ever since I
joined Tsinghua University and started getting along with
chemical engineering in 2004.
Magic emerges when science is discovered and utilized in
engineering. That is what chemical engineering taught me through
the years. I went on in this fantastic area without any doubt.
In 2008, I joined the University of Minnesota, and continued my
study in chemical engineering.
I'm currently working in Prof. Michael Tsapatsis's group as a
graduate student. |
