Thanks Sue. http://www.nokotahorse.org - The Nokota Horse Conservancy is a not-for-profit organization established with the explicit goal of ensuring the survival of the Nokota horses while also increasing awareness and understanding of this one of a kind breed. http://www.rockinbarh.com - Dale and Holly Offermann are Nokota breeders in Washington state. One of their Nokotas, a Traditional stallion named Chief, has become one of the best known ambassadors of the breed, and their website can tell you much more. http://www.michelemelina.com - Michele Pope Melina is an award winning Minnesotan artist who has painted a number of Nokota horses and contributed part of the proceeds from the sale of these works to the Nokota Horse Conservancy. http://www.amadorclydesdales.com - Maggie Kuusisto owns Scout, a Nokota cross gelding, along with a number of Clydesdales that take numerous visitors from far around on both sleigh and wagon rides. Her farm also hosts various clinics throughout the year that teach such arts as driving.

They also have a great relationship with a local Amish farmer who trains horses on the side to drive and ride, including two of their young Traditional mares. http://www.crystalspringsnokotas.com - David & Heidi Estep are newly established preservation breeders of Nokota horses in California, a distant but promising new home for this versatile breed. http://www.crazyhorsefarm.com - Crazy Horse Farm in Paris, Kentucky is owned by Chris & Margaret Odgers and family. They have been active in promoting Nokotas for several years. At their new farm, they offer horses for sale, training and remain dedicated to promoting Nokotas. In October 2006, their Nokota - Blue Moon Rising - was the first Nokota to exhibit at the world-class Kentucky Horse Park .
