The apartment is located at 1596 Ridgefield Road, Cleveland Heights, OH. It’s about a 5 minute drive to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and the Cleveland Clinic. It’s about a 8 minute walk to the Coventry area.

 

Rent is $495.00 per month. Rent includes a parking space and all utilities except for electricity and cable internet.

 

I can leave the apartment furnished or unfurnished. Rent doesn’t change. I can also leave a window air conditioning unit.

 

The apartment is a ground level unit that was built about 2 years ago. All the appliances and fixtures are about 2 years old.
