Oct 7th - Oct 13th : Contacted different semiconductor manufacturers regarding the radiation measurement specific MOS devices.Some of the companies havent replied, I will contact them by phone. Oct 17th : Updated the webspace with latest material from gerbi. Talked to Thompson-nielson R&D Division Director. The meetings outcomes will be discussed with the professor. Oct 18th - Oct 31st : Finalized the circuit configuration and hardware required for the project. Performed simulations in HSPICE for the sensing circuit. Ordered the hardware required for the project. Read papers on RFID communication.
