Oct 7th - Oct 13th : Studied the theories of various radiation effects on MOS transistors. Tried to come-up with a design to measure the MOS device properties (S-D resistance/Threshold Voltage) in terms of radiation dosages.

Oct 17th : Verified the design feasibility of automating the device characteristic measurements using LabVIEW setups.

Oct 18th - Oct 31st : Contacted different Wireless transceiver manufacturers regarding the off-the-shelf RF transmiter/receiver pairs along with commercial antennas applicable to our application.
