From University Avenue going east, take a right on 17th street pass stop sign and take a right into Church Street Garage. Garage open to public $3/hour - max $12.
Take the elevators up to top level, exit and look for signs leading you to Dance Studio #5.
They will accept cash or check only.
Street parking is also available in Dinkytown area (northwest of Northrop).

Cost : Free (U Tango member), $35 (Non U Tango member) (This fee will cover your entrance to the bootcamp and the rest of the semester lesson)

Milonga cost : $5 for students and $10 for non students/non club members

Argentine Tango Music Jam with Homer Ladas

Are you interested in playing, singing, dancing to Argentine Tango music?
Homer Ladas will be leading a Music Jam that is sponsored by Tango Bridges, the U of MN School of Music and the U of MN College of Liberal Arts.    
Food and beverages will be available!

Day and date : Monday,  March 23rd 2009
Place : The Whole @ Coffman Memorial Union Basement
Time : 4.30pm - 6pm (for dancers) "Selective Hearing": Sorting out and emphasizing 4 categories of musical expression we most often use in tango including Rhythm, Melody, Transitions, and Lyrics
            6pm - 7pm Food, social time/ practice
            7pm - 9pm ( for dancers and Musicians) Tango Jam
Costs: Absolutely Nothing!
