Teacher Profile: Niko Salgado

Smooth and easy to dance with, as well as fun! I have been dancing for 10 years in up to 18 social dances and dance them socially when I can. Along with my dance experience, I've choreographed early in my career and still do so today. I've been teaching with the Social Dance Studio for almost 3 years and have begun to teach Salsa around the US.

I currently co-lead the Argentine Tango Program at the Social Dance Studio as well as teach for the Salsa and Tango clubs at the University of Minnesota. My specialties are stunts, tricks, arm tosses, fusions of multiple dances, silly stuff, dancing with ease, self-expression, props and of course, fun.
