U Tango Summer 2009 Class
There will be 10 lessons from Jun 4th, 2009 - Aug 8th, 2009
(No class on the first week of July)
Place : The Armory room 116 (click on it to see the campus map)
Time : Thursday, 7pm - 8pm for All levels I
8pm - 8:30pm Practica/Practice Session
8:30 pm - 9:30 pm for All levels II *
note: * All levels II is subject to instructor's approval.
We encourage everybody to come to the All levels I first.
Cost : $30 students
$45 non students (Faculty, Staff, and Community Members)

The Argentine
Tango Club, or Utango, promotes Argentine culture and dance
specifically geared towards the University of Minnesota community.
Utango was founded in the Spring of 2004, and since then we have held
weekly classes, sponsored guest instructors from Minneapolis and
beyond, and hosted social dance events.

If tango is your dance, and you would like to help out in some way, feel free to email us (utango@umn.edu) to inquire about board meetings, and we’ll likely be able to find a way for you to help out. Many of our current board members will be leaving at the end of the year, so we need a new generation of tango addicts to help take the helm. It’s fun and rewarding, we promise!
