The Chilly Chili Ice Crit Series came to a conclusion this past Saturday. Maria S, the U of M's only entrant scored 21st in the B race, 1st among the women! This secured her the overall 1st place in the women's series competition. Congratulations, Maria!

Josh S was unable to attend the race and therefore dropped one place in the rankings, to 4th overall. Considering the fiercely competitive nature of the race, this still marks quite an accomplishment.

Saturday saw the second installment of the Chilly Chili Ice Crit Series. The U of M was present in the form of honorary member Josh S and Maria S. Maria finished 19th in the B race, and Josh pulled off an amazing 3rd place in the A race, which puts him into 3rd overall with 18 points, behind Hollywood and Tim, both of Team Hollywood, excelling in a race of skill and nerve. The never-ending equipment wars, battled out over who can claim the latest and greatest gear, were clearly won by Josh, the Gopher.
