Winter Break Update

An important point to remember if you will be here over winter break: times for indoor training will be different, due to the different schedule of the St. Paul Rec Center.

We will start meeting 4 days a week, but slightly earlier on M, W, and Th. These changes are all reflected on the team calendar.

If you are a new member, it is a good idea to get to some sessions of indoor now, so you can get a feel for what they are like, and get yourself sized and fitted by Billy, if you haven't already.

Soon the intensity of the work outs will pick up and you will not want to miss very many days if you can help it. Good attendance at practice will greatly help your fitness once we hit the road for spring break - by that time you'll definitely want your legs to be used to some hard efforts, to help avoid injuries and such. Note also that if you don't have a HR monitor, you will need one for these much more structured workouts.

If you'd like to go with us to Fayetteville, AR on spring break, start to think about it now. There will be a preliminary sign up, with payment due, sometime shortly after the new year.

Our jersey and clothing orders have had some last minute changes, and are currently being sorted out by our hard working officers. Stay tuned to the message board for important announcements on these!

That is all for now - happy holidays everyone - I hope you are as excited for the new year and new spring racing season as I am!
