U of M Finishes 7th at Collegiate MTB Nationals

The University of Minnesota pulled off a stunning 7th place overall in Division I at Collegiate Mountain Bike Nationals this past weekend! This means we beat out prestigious cycling programs such as the University of California in Berkeley, Davis, and CalPoly. Those are no small potatoes! Complete team results may be found here.

The University of Minnesota is thus firmly establishing itself as one of the premier cycling programs in the country, with our very good results at track and mountain bike collegiate nationals. This is not coming out of thin air, but is the result of hard and dedicated work throughout the season. After all, we don't really have any hills, and track riding is only possible 6 months out of the year. Next stop: road nationals.

Congratulations, Gophers!
