The Journal

The University of Minnesota Undergraduate Journal of Philosophy is a student-run publication dedicated to advancing philosophical discourse by publishing outstanding undergraduate work in the field. The journal is open to undergraduates throughout the United States and abroad.

Senior theses, term papers, and independent research projects are all excellent candidates for publication in our fourth issue.

Status update for our readers and authors:

  • Our second volume has been printed and is being shipped. It is also available online.
  • The third volume is undergoing final formatting work in preparation for publication.
  • We are currently reviewing our fourth volume selections, and accepting submissions for the fifth.
