September 20-21, 2008: 2nd Annual Gopher Invitational: Minnesota B beats Minnesota A in a Supertibreaker to Take the Title!
November 7-8, 2008: Minnesota qualifies for Gold Bracket play at the Badger Classic after defeating Delaware, Grand Valley State University and Colorado B. The Team ends tied for 5th out of 32 teams after a close loss to Illinois 22-27.
March 7-8 2009: 2 Minnesota teams travel to the USTA Northern Sectional Campus Championship in Lakeville, MN. The Minnesota Maroon team takes the Championship with the defeat of Carleton College (30-6). The Minnesota Gold team places 3rd with a win over Gustavus Adolphus (26-19). The University of Minnesota will now travel to Surprise, AZ for Nationals! Check out the news on the USTA Northern website!
