We are a family farm in southern Minnesota. I have taught Farm Management and Agriculture for 35 years, retiring in 2014. I have also farmed for the past 35+ years. Our farm consists of corn, soybeans, alfalfa, and grass hay, with a small livestock operation. My son also farms and teaches Agriculture. We enjoy everything involved with agriculture. We hire as few things done as possible. We also like to direct market our livestock to the consumer. We have a registered herd of Galloway and Charlois cattle. We enjoy marketing tasty Galloway beef, Tasty Pork, Cornish Rock Broilers, heritage breed Capons and other produce. We want to provide the consumer with the best tasting farm fresh produce.
