MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Qualifications
Membership in the Geological Society of Minnesota is open to all
people who have an interest in supporting or participating in a public-spirited
organization devoted to increasing our understandings in the Earth Sciences.
Member Benefits
- Advanced notice of professionally-presented lectures on the
Earth Sciences given at the University of Minnesota.
- Advance notice of professionally-conducted laboratory sessions
for special hands-on learning experiences.

upcoming activities, interesting and informative articles on the earth sciences, GSM

an ever-growing collection of over 100 geological videos, and a number of interactive,
multimedia CD-ROMs for both Windows and Macintosh computers. These are available to the
members at lectures, or through the mail.

Downtown St. Paul.
- An annual GSM Directory that makes it easy to access your
organization, and is a handy information resource.

Annual Dues
The membership year begins October 1. For those joining after
April 1 and before October 1, membership will be good through September 30 of the next
year. New members joining now enjoy the added benefit of the months until Oct 1
free…what a deal.
