Edward Michaud Memorial Health Centre
The Edward Michaud Health Centre (EMHC) was built in June 2007 thanks to some generous donations from churches and organizations in the United States and Spain. Yet, while EMHC does have a building, they do not have the necessary medical equipment to help those most in need. Indeed, the doctors have had to turn families away because they do not have enough hospital beds.
Our goal is to get them those beds and much of the other medical equipment they need, such as:
stethoscopes
bed sheets
wheel chairs
blankets
ultrasound equipment
medical utensils
Adult Rescucitators
Blood Pressure monitors
Autoclave (Sterilization chamber for utensils)
And other medical machinery
