Welcome
Since our founding in 1902 by William C. Levere, the Minnesota Alpha chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon has distinguished itself as one of the premiere fraternities not only on the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus, but nationally as well. Our chapter is currently comprised of nearly sixty brothers, hailing from cities across the nation. Minnesota Alpha's Chapter house is located on the University's imfamous "Greek Row" mearly feet from the brand new TCF Bank Stadium, as well as Mariucci Arena, Williams Arena, and the University Recreation Center making our location the best of any Greek house on campus.
Our chapter was awarded the John O. Moseley Award for Fraternity Zeal for the 2008-2009 school year, declaring Minnesota Alpha as the #1 ΣAE Chapter in the Nation! In addition, Minnesota Alpha won national awards in the following fields of achievement: chapter management, continuing education, alumni relations, service and philanthropy, and financial management.
If you are interested in joining our chapter, we encourage you to visit the 'recruitment' section of our website and fill out a Rush contact form. We especially encourage parents to visit this section to learn more about fraternity life, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, schedule a house visit, and much more.
With the grand opening of TCF Bank Stadium, we highly encourage all alumnus to visit the 'Alumni' section of our website. We have put forth great effort to prepare for next year's Gopher football games, much of which was catered towards alumni, and would love to have ony past brother back to the house. Please fill out an Alumni contact form to help and allow our chapter to contact you concerning all future events.
