Central Warehouse Corp. GE 44-tonner, it and another one exactly like it used to switch the warehouses in the Midway.

Above - In the De La Salle area, the very early Amtrak days! Below At least one of the locations still has tracks...






Above - Departing the old Mpls GN station, it was magnificent in its day... Amtrak didn't use it long before they consolidated the stations in the are to the Midway.
Below - now a walking path and the Mpls Post Office in front, the Federal Reserve sits on the station site and the Hennipen Ave Bridge is in front.
