Owned by Boise Cascade, it serves the huge paper plant there. The five Alcos they own see better treatment then most any other locos around - with thier own heated enginehouse and more. Here is MDW 16 on a train full of Boise Cascade cars (its parent company). Note the man riding the steps on the left is running the unit by remote control, their is no one in the cab.
