Case Study: Your valuable 2 year old intact female Affenpinscher recently was diagnosed with a follicular ovarian cyst. She was treated, appropriately, with hormones that induced ovulation. Now she has developed a malodorous vulvar discharge and is drinking excessive amounts of water. What is the most likely diagnosis? Is it associated with the follicular cyst and, if so, how?
