Email questions

Click on the link to view a series of questions. Pick a partner in this class. You have three jobs. First, you are a client and as such, you should email one of these questions to your partner. Second, you are a teacher, and should evaluate their response. Give constructive feedback, stressing what they did well (promptness in reply, good explanation of medical information or charges, good handling of client's specific questions, etc) and what they may wish to work on for the future. Third, you are a veterinarian; please respond to your partner's question.

When you are done, the pair consisting of you and your partner should send me an email (rootk001@umn.edu) with a Word document attached containing the questions, the answers from your partner, and your critiques of those answers. Make sure your name is on the information you send to me.
