PERMIAS Thanksgiving Dinner
Time and Date: Saturday, 21st November 2009, 6:00 - 9:00 PM
Place: Coffman Memorial Unian, Room 303
Fee: $10/person
Join PERMIAS for an American style Thanksgiving dinner, accompanied with a special drama from your friends. There will be fun games and delicious foods. Turkey will be served, of course. Hope to see you all there. =D

Pictures from Halloscream Halloween Party 2009 has been uploaded. PERMIAS would like to give a special thanks to Evelyn Mouacheupao and Century College Planning Activities Committee for lending us their Halloween decorations and made the event a successful and "spooky" one.
Some pictures from Multicultural Mini Olympic has also been added. More will be uploaded as they become available. Thank you for all participants and supporters that has made this event a successful one. A survey has been created to gather your opinions on the event. PERMIAS would like to thank the University of Minnesota community who took part and gave donation on today's PERMIAS Earthquake Relief Fundraising for victims of 30th September earthquake in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. We collected $371 overall, and everything will be sent to the local Red Cross organization. Special thanks also to all members and volunteers who came and helped us. Your help will go a long way in helping the victims.

On October 2, 2009, UNESCO is adding Indonesian Batik into its list of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Indonesian President Yudhoyono has declared October 2 as Batik Day and encouraged all Indonesians to don their best Batik clothes on the day. So wear your Batik tomorrow, support Indonesia's cultural heritage, and be proud of it!
