Seven More Victims

LATER THIS MONTH SEVEN MORE
people will die because Timothy McVeigh's
organs were wasted—creamated—
instead of being used for transplanation.
Who established the policy and practice
that prohibits murderers on the way to
execution from 'donating' their organs
to save several lives?  And why?
Most of the unnamed next victims of
this tragedy would be happy to receive
organs from any source: "I don't care
where the organs come from, just save me."
Perfectlly good organs were wasted
and seven more people will die.  Why?
