    In south Minneapolis, south of I-94 and west of I-35W.

As you see from this picture, with the IDS building in the background,
my condominium is just south of downtown Minneapolis,
at the corner of 3rd Avenue South and East 19th Street,
one block north of Franklin Avenue.

Free street parking nearby should not be a problem.
If you come by bike,
you can lock your bike inside the back yard fence,
which is under my widow.
Any Franklin Avenue bus will bring you within one block.
Any 3rd Avenue bus will deliver you to my corner.

    The entrance to Lofts on Arts Avenue is on the corner of
3rd Avenue South and East 19th Street:
1829 Third Avenue South.
Look up "Park, J" on the security system.
Dial the number indicated.
I will answer the phone and open the lobby door from upstairs.
Go to the opposite end of the lobby, to the elevator.
Go up to the 2nd tier.
Turn left after leaving the elevator.
And go to the end of the hallway, to #218.

    If you get around in a wheelchair or similar vehicle,
there are no stairs or even bumps on the floor in your way.
Once get to the sidewalk plaza in front of Lofts on Arts Avenue,
there are no obstacles between there and my apartment.
(However, my bathroom is up one flight of stairs inside my condo.)
