A face-to-face group like that discribed below
would still be possible anywhere in the world.

EXPLORING THE RIGHT-TO-DIE:
AN WORLD-WIDE ELECTRONIC DISCUSSION GROUP

This group will meet in cyber-space
by means of a Google Group and possibly a Facebook Page.
Each month the members will select a theme.
A brief presentation (3 or 4 pages)
will be distributed electronically as a discussion-starter.

Here is a set of 10 possible themes for discussion:

.

Four Differences between Irrational Suicide and Voluntary Death .

Four Differences between Mercy-Killing and Merciful Death .

Four Legal Ways to Choose a Voluntary Death or a Merciful Death .

.

Two Approaches to Right-to-Die Laws:

Fifteen Safeguards for Life-Ending Decisions .

Do I Lose the Right-to-Die When I Lose Consciousness?

After the first 10 people have joined the EXCO e-mailing list,
we will select a new name (or keep the same name)
and establish the Google Group and/or the Facebook Page.

A further exploration of such possibilities
appears here on the Internet:
http://www.tc.umn.edu/~parkx032/E-RTD.html

All suggestions concerning structure and content are welcome.
