My ad is a spoof ad on ads for personal hygiene products.

These ads, so many times, try to be so serious and “simple” about these things that one can’t help but snicker when seen on TV.

The audience is clear: it’s anybody who has a functioning body.

The concept is meant to use humor to attract the consumer and blatantly use the “natural” comedy that accompanies the topic as a way to ease the mind of the consumer when purchasing such a product. It’s not meant to be taken seriously and is full-fledged bathroom humor.

Rough description:

(It was created with Powerpoint, but the animation doesn’t work on the web. So, this’d be the description if it was animated.)

Slide One: All white background, letters fading darker as text moves down. Words dissolve in that ask the consumer a question leading to the mentioning of the product.

Slide two: All white background, more solid colors. Words appear immediately, “You need…” Then the name of the product dissolves in.

Slide three: Again, all white background and black letters, except for the word “running” for emphasis. Product dissolves in again with picture.

And now to the ad.
