There are two new member orientation meetings every fall, with one in October and one in November. Attending these meetings will provide an overview of the club's activities and structure, along with a chance to order team jackets, hats, pants, and race suits. Information about the meetings will be distributed via the team's listserv email list.

Club membership costs $60, and the team trip costs $80. Membership comes with free race entry into the Mora Vasaloppet (valued at $65) and free transportation to practice and races all winter. The $80 for the team trip provides for 7 nights of lodging at Telemark's Valhalla townhomes, and transportation from Minneapolis.
