Rashi on Torah - This site is extremely simple to use. Select the book, chapter, and verse, and it displays the Torah text. Click on the link to Rashi, and it displays Rashi's commentary with the quoted passages of the Torah in bold.
Mikranet - Accurate texts of TaNaKh (with vowels), Mishnah, Tosefta, Talmud Yerushalmi, Talmud Bavli, Midrash Tanchuma, and Rambam's Mishneh Torah. Mikravideo - Lectures by academics, talks by prominent Israelis, and dramatic presentations on the Bible.
