Renae’s Cooking Tip of the Month:

Chicken can be a great source of protein that fries in under 15 minutes.  After chopping up the chicken and placing it in the plan, make sure to wash everything the raw meat touched.  Wash all knives, cutting boards, counter tops and hands.  Raw meat contains bacteria that can make you sick.
