Here are some of my experiences I've had so far; doing writeups on them was a great joy as I relived those memories in the process.
Everything written in there are mostly comments, so do not quote me on anything I write!
Lastly, again, this is NOT a source for gossip. Spare me.

If you want to skip all the crap I wrote and get straight to the pictures, click on the link "My Photos" below. It contains an archive of all the photos I've taken so far, including those which I feel are not exciting enough to do write-ups on.

Minnesota State Fair 2002
My first ever experience of American culture. Honestly, I really didn't do much, and so there wasn't much to write about, but I guess how significant an event is to a person is not entirely dependent on what he does there. So read on if you will.
Camping Trip to Taylor Falls
My first camping experience in the US, at a camp ground along the border of Minnesota and Wisconsin. My first experience of chilly Minnesota weather outdoors!
Thanksgiving 2002
For my first ever Thanksgiving, I was really blessed with the opportunity to spend it with my friend and his family back in Brodhead in Wisconsin. Definitely an eye-opener for me, not just the holiday itself, but the experience of living in a small quiet town.
Christmas 2002
Less than a month after my trip to Brodhead, I returned to that small quiet town for Christmas. Many people from Brodhead tell me it can get pretty boring there. But I think my experience there over Christmas was far from boring! Other than spending Christmas in Brodhead, I also had the opportunity of visiting Madison, the Capital of Wisconsin.
