About the Session

This session will cover a variety of user-centered design methods that inform the development of library home pages and web tutorials at the University of Arizona and the University of Minnesota Libraries. There will be a live demonstration of a usability test that may serve as a model for other libraries embarking on building user-centered web sites.   Finally, major findings for online tutorials and library home pages will be discussed.
