Welcome to my Power Point page!
For my Power Point project I chose to create some documentation relating to the requirement that students pay for printing in the campus computer labs managed by our department. From the student lab user standpoint this Power Point documents the options which they have for paying for printing and provides a basic rationale for requiring that payment. From the lab employee point-of-view, this Power Point outlines the basic steps in selling printcards to lab users, cautions them about errors to be avoided and also links them to the rationale for requiring payment. While I have created this project primarily to present information in the work setting, I can see how it could be utilized differently in a school setting. The almost universal availability of this software and its' relative ease of use would lend itself well to use by students in almost any discipline to synthesize and organize what they have learned about a particular subject matter.
