ProSelect aids in the design and construction of interview guides and provides training; enabling you to conduct structured job interviews of high professional quality. It effortlessly adds structure, computerization, and standardization to your hiring processes. It provides an abundance of job competencies and related interview question content which may be used, as is, or tailored to fit the job vacancy more precisely. A method for scoring and comparing applicant responses to interview questions is also included. System Requirements Proselect is typically installed on an Intranet or internal company Web site. It can also be used without a Web site, on either a computer network or a stand alone PC. Essentially, all that is needed by the user is a Web browser and access to the ProSelect files. The computer(s) used for access should be at least 386 generation with color monitor. Hard disk space needed for the ProSelect system is minimal. |
