| Score as you go during the interview. Make notes
on the guide after each question response and then enter
a score in the "Rating ____" section for each
competency. This score is determined by your assessment
of the applicant's responses to all of the questions you
have asked within that competency. To total the
scores use the scoring section of your Guide Cover Sheet
(available for printing from the Guide Library). Enter
the score for each of the competencies you have used and
then do the calculations. Scoring is on a five point
scale with 5 being high. The final total takes into
consideration the weights of importance you have assigned
to each competency.
