Interview Guide Cover Pages

The cover page includes the scoring system that will be used. A separate interview guide is used with each applicant you interview. You will need to print out a cover page and make enough copies to have one for each interview guide you will be using. Take your choice of those below:

Cover with 5 point scoring system
Cover with 3 point scoring system
