Welcome to one of the most
exciting martial art clubs on the Twin Cities campus here at the
University of Minnesota! This club is a direct branch of the Hwa Rang Do
Minneapolis Academy,
and you can be sure that you will be learning one of the world's most
comprehensive martial arts. Hwa Rang Do is a unique martial art, and
there have been college clubs all throughout the US. There has been an
eager interest in establishing a club here at the U of M and we have
been growing very rapidly.
If you are interested in
training, it is a perfect time to start. There will be many new
students with and without previous martial art experience, and no
matter your current skill level you will learn skills that impact all
areas of your life - physically, mentally, and spiritually.
It is also a proven fact
that through participation in a Hwa Rang Do club, students gain
enhanced focus which greatly improves one's academic endeavors, and
also develop new
and valuable friendships which last a lifetime.
