| A single lateral view of the elbow which shows marked superior displacement of both anterior and posterior fat pads . These are subsequently demonstrated diagrammatically on the following image. Note also posterior displacement of the capitulum in relation to the anterior humeral line as well as an oblique lucent defect at the distal humerus from supracondylar fracture. |
