Frontal oblique view from a voiding cystourethrogram examination shows reflux of contrast material into left sided renal collecting system. Moderate dilatation of a ureter and pelvis and calyces. Note that the orientation of the renal collecting system, pelvis and calyces shows some inferior displacement. This is referred to as the "dropping lily"sign. Also note a smaller second duplicated ureter which also fills on this examination.
