>> Traffic Analysis of the "TEST" connection to I35E shows huge
increases in traffic on Ayd Mill Road and Hamline. Traffic on
Lexington between Randolph and Jefferson dropped the first three
months but has started to climb the second three months.

Air pollution readings were released after repeated requests to
Mayor Kelly, 4 months late. Initial analysis shows that some
readings at Ayd Mill Road and Hamline have been higher than University
and Snelling, which has been the busiest intersection
   in the Twin Cities.
