Snelling Ave. >> Jay Benanav won the St Paul Mayor primary election, please volunteer on his election effort. Info at: http://www.jayforstpaul.com Jay has been endorsed by Neighborhoods First! >> "Stripe, Walk, Bike Ayd Mill" is a LOW COST proposal to put people walking and biking into Ayd Mill with "NO CONNECT" to freeways. It will take the initiative away from freeway builders, calm traffic, and open 20 acres of green space. The city has prohibited pedestrians and bikes from Ayd Mill for decades and we need to make this city street part of our neighborhood by using it like other streets. The proposal can be printed from: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~hause011/NF/Stripe.txt or http://www.aydmill.org A letter asking the district councils to consider "Stripe, Walk, Bike" can be copied from: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~hause011/NF/Stripe_councils.txt Write the City Council about "STRIPE, WALK, BIKE Ayd Mill Road."
