http://www.tc.umn.edu/~hause011/NF/ (Ayd Mill info) www.aydmill.org Hi Neighbor, >> Vote in the primary Sept 11th! We endorsed Jay Benanav. Volunteer info is at www.jayforstpaul.com >> "Stripe, Walk, Bike Ayd Mill" proposal is moving through the Merriam Park District Council. >> We need district council members to coordinate presentations of "Stripe, Walk, Bike Ayd Mill" to the other district councils bordering Ayd Mill Corridor. Just reply to this email. >> "Stripe, Walk, Bike" is a low cost proposal to put people walking and biking into Ayd Mill with "NO CONNECT" to freeways. It will take the initiative away from freeway builders, calm traffic, and open 20 acres of green space. The city has prohibited pedestrians and bikes from Ayd Mill, unlike any other street of St Paul and we need to make this city street part of our neighborhood. The proposal can be printed from: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~hause011/NF/Stripe.txt A letter asking the district councils to consider "Stripe, Walk, Bike" can be copied from: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~hause011/NF/Stripe_councils.txt Write the City Council about "STRIPE, WALK, BIKE."
