A panel discussion will follow with lots of opportunity for discussion and questions. >> Saturday, May 19, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Arlington High School, 1495 Rice Street. David Engwicht will lead discussions and workshops, Metro area experts will also conduct traffic problem-solving workshops, including our own David Koebrick (bicycles). Continental breakfast and lunch will be available for a small donation. >> Wednesday, May 16, 3:30 p.m. City Council Policy Session, 300 City Hall David Engwicht will discuss traffic solutions. including traffic signals, street narrowing, and diverters. >> Thursday, May 17, 8:30 a.m. World Trade Center 3rd floor auditorium, 7th and Cedar Streets Planning professionals are invited to learn about Engwicht's "Second Generation" traffic calming techniques.
