  Summary: Chairman Mondale says the Metropolitan Council 
  will change the current designation from 'principal arterial' 
  but it is still a future freeway.

  Changing this classification will help stop funding for 
  changing Ayd Mill Road into a freeway.  Write your city 
  council member yet again and tell them to change the
  designation of Ayd Mill Road.
