Mr. Hauser,

Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding Ayd Mill Road.  Just for the
record, the Metropolitan Council is not a partner on the Ayd Mill Road
project.  Although the Council does have a standing fund balance for land
acquisition for future Highway expansion projects, Ayd Mill Road does not
qualify.  I have forwarded your E-mail to Mayor Kelly's office and if the
opportunity arises will convey your message to him in person.
