Biosketch
This fall, I am finishing analysis and writing papers for two projects:
- joint Bayesian modeling of patient reported outcomes
and survival in mesothelioma patients in a
pemetrexed trial
- hierarchical Bayesian modeling of laboratory data on parasitic sea lamprey toxicity from the
USGS.
Having passed the PhD written exam, I am looking forward to my last year of courses.
My research interests include Bayesian modeling, missing data, and graphical displays of quantitative information.
