Restorating the Fiberglass Body and Completing Re- Assembly!!

We have separated the body from the chassis of our '68 Corvette, completely rebuilt the chassis, re-installed the drive train and re-worked the underside of the body. Now we've dropped the body back onto the chassis and have started the re-connection, start-up and tuning of the operational elements.

I'll document here the body work, re-assembly and body finishing to get the car back onto the road and to then finish the cosmetic body work, painting and restoration. The rebuilt chassis and engine documented on the previous page.

Here's some photos as we go. Please have patience!

Rome Was NOT Built in a Day!!

But then Rome didn't have the expertise of Steve Lavigne, Bill Schroeder and Jeff Hagen at hand either!
