[Reconstruction!]

Patty & Dave’s House in St. Paul underwent a massive un-planned transition in October of 2001.

Bill & Phil Neisen and their crew are rapidly renovating and remodelling the structure to create a brand new home for the appreciative couple, and for Duggan who is even more anxious than they are to move back in.
