The Beach and the Margaritas Were Soothing!!

We’ve selected photos of some of the events that have taken place on Padre Island over the last 20 years.

We started our Spring Breaks on the Island in 1982, just after Hurricane Allen. In spite of the threat, we bought an apartment and traveled back annually. In the early ‘90’s we added a second unit to handle our expanded family.

Four Generations of us have enjoyed the Island so far!!!!

Spring Break on South Padre Island, Texas

 From our Beach Condo…     

 We Discovered the Island,                     And Returned Annually;

 We Explored the Gulf,                                   And the Bay;

 We Saved the Stray Cats,               And Enjoyed the Sand Castles;

 We shopped the Markets,                        And blitzed the Pubs;

 We Dined Out Often,           And Frequently Sampled the Margaritas;

 We Played By Ourselves;           And Occassionally Invited Friends;

 We Walked the Docks,                            And Boated the Bay!!

A Sunny, Windy Time Was Had By All!!
