F.I.G.H.T Program:
What does it mean to be safe?
This is a question everyone should ask themselves. Most people consider taking a self-defense class for protection but find excuses not to follow through. Many people take self-defense programs after they, or someone they care about, gets harmed. It’s like buying insurance after the fire. It is too late.
When a “real-life” attack happens, unless you are prepared to defend yourself and your family, you give control to the attacker. How the attack ends is no longer your choice. You need proper and effective reality-based self-defense training to be able to overwhelm your opponent – to go from victim to victor in a matter of seconds.
Developed for use by Israeli and American Special Forces, F.I.G.H.T. is not a traditional martial art. It’s a self-defense system created with everyone in mind. Regardless of your size or strength, F.I.G.H.T. will help you feel confident in your ability to defend yourself and those you love. All F.I.G.H.T. tactics are simple and build upon natural reaction to various situations. While you learn to defend yourself, F.I.G.H.T. helps you tone your body; helps you lose weight; teaches you balance, coordination and control; builds self confidence and self esteem; and leaves you a calmer person.
