The Undergraduate Experience

As of May 31, 1996, I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota with a minor in Computer Science. Defying the odds and the naysayers, I completed it all in the elusive four years! If you don't believe me, look at the transcript.

Graduate Life

As of September 26, 1996, I am pursuing a masters degree in Computer Engineering. I am also a research assistant for my advisor Dr. Matthew O'Keefe. Many of my research activities are devoted to projects in mass storage, I/O performance, parallel and distributed computing, scientific visualization, and graphics. A majority of my work is carried out at the Laboratory for Computational Science and Engineering.
